Google starts investigating clicking/ticking sound issue with Pixel 2

Recently, it that some users of Google's new smartphones are complaining that their units are making 'clicking and high pitch frequency sounds.' Well, the company has now provided an update on the issue. According to a Google employee, who is Community Manager at the official Pixel forum, the company has started investigating the problem. Orrin also noted that the problem which he says affects only a small number of Pixel 2 users doesn't affect the performance of the device in any way. As a temporary solution, he suggested turning off NFC. Sadly, there's currently no information on when the issue will be fixed and rolled out to the affected units.
